Shawne Merriman was born in Upper Marlboro, Maryland on May 25, 1984. Many people also know Merriman by his nickname “lights out.” He has everything that a good defensive player needs to succeed in the NFL. To go along with a high level of athletic ability, he also plays smart, hits hard, and is willing to do whatever it takes to win. Merriman has been playing like this for many reasons, and this is why he has become one of the best players in the entire league.
Merriman played his college football at the University of Maryland. It was here that he finally got to showcase all of his talent to the rest of the world. Not only did he get the job done on the field, but he also served as a leader of the Terrapins football team. By the time he was a junior NFL teams had started to take notice of what he had to offer.
After his junior season at Maryland, Merriman opted to declare himself eligible for the 2005 NFL Draft. This led to him being chosen 12th overall by the San Diego Chargers. Although his rookie campaign started off slow, Merriman cracked the starting lineup in week seven. He ended his rookie season with 57 tackles and 10 sacks. This was good enough to earn him the 2005 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award.
Despite only playing in 12 games due to a steroid suspension, Merriman had another great year in 2006. He led the league in sacks with 17, and also chipped in 62 tackles and one interception. Merriman was named to the Pro Bowl after the 2006 season, and is well on his way to a great career. Through hard work and determination Merriman has built himself into one of the top defensive players in the NFL. And this is not going to change anytime soon.
Since golf is such a pleasurable and competitive sport where players are always looking to shave off that last stroke players have always sought to make better equipment.Golf is a hard enough game without making it harder with inadequate tools of the trade. Initially in golf history players actually carved their own clubs and balls from wood until skilled craftsmen assumed the task. Long-nosed wooden clubs are the oldest known designed clubs remaining in use from the 15th century until the late 19th century. Long-noses as they were affectionately called were made of pear, apple or holly trees and were used to help achieve maximum distance with the feathery golf ball which began to come into use in 1618.
Later , other parts of the golf set developed – play clubs which included a range of spoons at varying lofts : niblicks , a kin of the modern 9 iron or wedge that was ideal for short puts: and a putting cleek – a club that has undergone the most rigorous experimentation.
The next generation of golf ball – the gutta percha ball put the clubs of the day to test. The first "Gutta" ball is believed to have been made in 1848 by the Rev. Dr. Robert Adams Paterson from gutta-percha packing material. Gutta-percha is the evaporated milky juice or latex produced from a tree most commonly found in Malaysia. It is hard and non-brittle and becomes soft and impressible at the temperature of boiling water. Gutta balls were handmade by rolling the softened material on a board. The new durability of the Gutta, together with its much lower cost, resistance to water, and improved run, provided rejuvenation to the game of golf. Not without some resistance from traditionalists, the Gutta gradually replaced the Feathery golf ball.
The golfing bottleneck now became the long-nose clubs. Long-nose clubs could not withstand the greater stress of the sturdier gutty.
As a result golf club makers were forced back to the design stage. Some club makers tried using leather, among other materials in their clubs in an attempt to increase compression and therefore distance. Others implanted metal and bone fragments into the clubface. In 1826 Scottish golf club maker Robert Forgan began use hickory wood imported from America to manufacture golf club shafts, and hickory was soon adopted as the wood of choice.
Bulgers were shaved down versions of long-noses with bulbous heads resembling the shape of today’s woods, becoming popular implements that golfers could use with the new golf balls nicknamed “gutties”. By the turn of the century, bulgers were made almost exclusively of persimmon imported again from the USA.
Metals heads were around as early as 1750, but they took a significant turn for the better when a man named E. Burr applied grooves to the irons, which contributed to even greater control of the golf ball through increased backspin. In 1910 Arthur Knight introduced steel-shafted clubs, which precipitated an early example of technology application law.
Most players preferred hickory shafts for more than 20 years after the advent of steel. Golf’s ruling bodies more than contributed to this attitude as well as simple human resistance to change. The U.S. Golf Association did not legalize the use of steel shafts until 1924. The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland, procrastinated until 1929, finally relenting after the Prince of Wales used steel shafted clubs on the old course at St.Andrews. Billy Burrke was the first golfer to win a major championship with steel shafted clubs when he captured the 1931 U.S. open at Inverness Club in Toledo Ohio.
These ball and club innovations , combined with the mass production applications of the emerging American Industrial Revolution, provided golfers with relatively inexpensive equipment that was superior to anything that they had know a few years before. Thus golf club technology advanced and strokes were shaved off.
Shaun Alexander was born on August 30, 1977 in Florence, Kentucky. Ever since he first started to play the game of football it was obvious that he was going to be a great player. Not only does Alexander have all the physical skills needed to be a great running back in the NFL, but his will to win is not matched by many. With both of these things combined it is easy to see why Alexander has established himself as one of the greatest running backs of all time.
During his senior year in high school Alexander was named “Mr. Football” in the state of Kentucky. Every year this award goes to the best player in the state, and Alexander definitely deserved this.
After a stellar high school career Alexander accepted a scholarship offer to play football at the University of Alabama. He did not waste any time showing just how good he was. As a freshman he put up great numbers, including one game where he ran for 291 yards. Alexander did more of the same during his sophomore and junior seasons, which in turn led him to declaring himself eligible for the 2000 NFL Draft.
The Seattle Seahawks choose Alexander with the 19th overall pick in the 2000 NFL Draft. Although other teams passed by on his services, Alexander was ready to show them all what they missed out on. Although he played in all 16 games as a rookie, it was not until 2001 when he really started to take the league by storm.
Alexander has been named to the NFL Pro Bowl Team on three occasions, and has also won many other awards since joining the league.
With so many good years already under his belt, if Shaun Alexander can keep up this pace he will go down in history as one of the best running backs to every touch the field!
All the time you see different products that come out to help the woodworker sharpen his or her tools in the shop. There is just about every contraption out there with a variety of prices and features. The one thing you never see is a good system for sharpening router bits. I am all for having super sharp chisels in my shop, but I just don’t use my chisel set all that much. Buying a $350 sharpener just does not do much for my enthusiasm. However I am constantly using my router bits since the router table is a big part of my workshop. Every time I sharpen a bit, it cost generally between 5 and 10 dollars. I like to use quality bits so sharpening them and keeping them sharp is in my best interest.
In the meantime, keeping the bits clean is probably one of the best things you can do to prolong the life of your router bit. I try to make a system so that the bits stay as clean as possible. This may work for you. I take a small piece of mdf and drill some ¼ and ½” holes in them. On one piece I write “clean” and the other I write “dirty” Having duplicate bits is the key to this system. When a bit gets gunked up, I take it and place it on the dirty holder. When I get enough of them to warrant a few minutes of cleaning, I get out my cleaners and brass brush and have at it. Always remove the bearings first so as to not damage them. I quick scrub removes some of the pitch that builds up on the cutting edges. If you do laminate work, you will notice that flush trim bits get very dirty very fast. Simply cleaning the bit in this instance makes a world of difference. At this time it’s a great idea to give the bits a few swipes on a diamond sharpener to touch up the edges. This helps keep the bit tuned up between sharpening. After I finish I move the bits to the “clean” bit holder and they are ready to go back to work.
Sharpening
I use the same system for cleaning as I do for sharpening. The two bit holder technique works well for keeping things organized. You can send bits and blades out to be sharpened with companies you find on the internet. This is becoming handier since the items are turned fairly quickly (a week or less) and the companies ships them right back to your doorstep. I like this option because I do not have to allocate any time in taking them and picking them up. I call that a “low value activity” Having duplicates allows me to keep working while the other bit is getting sharpened. I do like to go the extra mile and make a simple chart that keeps track of my sharpening. This way I know that I am using sharp tools which give me better cuts in my materials.
Today
So what exists out there today for the home user? Not much. I have always said that the person who invents the tool that helps automates this task will do very well for themselves. Investing time in some good quality stones would be a good alternative. However if you are a production shop, stopping and taking the time and learning curve to get good at this might not always be cost effective. Hobbyists might are more prone to taking the time to hand sharpen their bits, but there is a some kinks in that theory too. Many of the newer bits are very complex. Their shapes don’t lend themselves to easy sharpening and thus can kill the whole do it yourself theory. These bits are best sharpened by the professional. The next time you read through your favorite woodworking magazine, take note of all the sharpeners for sale and you will definitely notice what I am talking about. Take the time to organize a good cleaning and sharpening system and your wallet will thank you. It can make a big difference when you are working on that special project if you have nice clean and sharp router bits.
Witnessing the sheer power and beauty of sharks first hand is a truly breathtaking experience which is hard to match. The adrenaline and excitement that comes with landing a big shark attracts thousands of anglers to Maine each year, all in search of that trophy catch. Whether you are looking to land your first blue, or have your eye on something bigger, the waters off the coast of Maine have a lot to offer.
There are a number of shark species present in Maine, with the most popular undoubtedly the blue shark. With their distinctive dark blue top, light blue sides and white underbelly, the blue shark is found in relative abundance off the coast of Maine. The majority of this species are around 6 to 8 feet in length, weighing in at anywhere between 50 and 200 pounds. Larger blue sharks are found occasionally, with some growing up to 12 feet in length and hitting the 400 pound mark.
Porbeagle sharks are less common, and can be recognized by their dark blue-grey top and white underbelly. They also have two caudal keels on their crescent-shaped tail fin, distinguishing them from mako and white sharks. Porbeagle sharks are known as strong swimmers, making them more of a challenge than the smaller blue shark. Many of these species reach 10 feet in length and weigh in at an impressive 450 pounds.
Another of Maine’s highly prized shark species is the mako. With a distinctive cobalt-blue top, white underbelly and streamlined body, the mako shark is known as a strong swimmer with a ferocious fighting ability. They are also one of the largest species found off the coast of Maine, with many shortfin makos reaching 12 feet in length and tipping the scales at over a thousand pounds. Threshers are also found off the coast of Maine, and are again considered an excellent catch with many weighing in at over 350 pounds.
The most popular time for shark fishing in Maine is between July and October, though many guides and seasoned veterans consider August to October as being the best period for big sharks. In terms of equipment, harnessed rods with 30 reels are favored by many experienced shark anglers. Occasionally a 50 reel may be necessary should a large porbeagle or mako bite.
Chumming is the preferred method for attracting sharks, with popular mixtures including ground up mackerel, herring, menhaden and other small baitfish. Creating a chum slick behind your boat using a perforated bucket or similar contraption is the most common method and is known to work well. Some boats also have a bait box with a tap open to the water behind the boat from which chum can be dispensed. Though it may take up to an hour or two for sharks to locate your trail, once they find the scent they more often than not follow it all the way to the source.
Shark fishing is possible in many regions off the coast of Maine, though many organized trips focus on areas around 10-15 miles offshore in the Gulf of Maine. Here there is a relative abundance of blue shark, with the occasional mako, porbeagle or thresher to make things more challenging for the adventurous or experienced shark angler.
If you are visiting the Keys and love to fish, but do not have cash flow to hire a guide for multiple days. (Like me, at $400 - $800 a day for guided fishing there is no way I could afford to fish anywhere nears as much as I need to satisfy me)
Of course if your heart is set on catching Sailfish, bonefish, permit etc … frankly if your heart is set on catching any fish I would suggest you hire a guide. The waters of the Keys are big and it can take some serious know-how in order to catch some of the more sought-after fish.
But anyway's, if you aren’t scared to take a boat out in strange waters, bait your own fishhooks, land your own fish, and risk spending the day cursing, then something you might want to try is shark fishing,
Sharks are all over the place in the Keys: big ones, little ones from sluggish nurse sharks to aggressive bull sharks they are all over the place.
They are dumb and aggressive eaters, and the bigger ones aren’t even scared of boats. They don’t spook and they aren’t line shy. Basically they are the ideal fish to try to catch if you are new to saltwater fishing or the Keys.
Now you can try all this stuff from a bridge or shore somewhere but I recommend you rent a boat. There are numerous places you can rent a boat in the Keys. It doesn’t really matter how big the boat is, another thing that is great about shark fishing down here is that there are sharks a stone;s throw away from shore (unlike in NY where I am from).
First thing you will need is chum. Sharks hunt primarily by scent and have been known to swim miles following a scent trail. The best chum for sharks is fresh fish, the bloodier the better.
Where to get the fresh fish, well if you ask a local they will say just catch a barracuda… in my experience it's not always that easy. If you fish on the reef there are tons of barracudas hanging out, but in the nearer shore waters although there are still lots of barracudas they seem to be a bit more hip to people and their bad intentions, especially the big barracudas.
So basically you don’t want to base your whole trip on just catching your chum once you leave shore, at least if you are a beginner.
What I suggest is getting the chum ahead of time, and the best way to accomplish this is to look for a party boat that has just came in and offer the mate a few bucks to give you leftovers when they are done cleaning their catch. So far I have never had a mate say no, but they if they do, or if they have a bad day's catch you can also go to a fish market. You can usually get fish head/carcasses or Bonito fish (which is bloody tuna type fish) for around .50 cents a pound. If you want to ensure a good trip buy a lot, like try to get a whole 5-gallon bucket full before you go out.
You can put the chum in a chum sack or just run some rope thru the head collection and hang them over the side.
Now, where to go.
There are many places you could go but I would suggest try to avoid high traffic areas. If you are on the oceanside, chumming off the edge of the flats seems to work well. In fact this seems to often draw sharks that are huge. But sometimes they take a long time to show up. The best luck I have had is on the bay side look for more open waters. Chumming in the small sounds around Key Largo wasn’t particularly effective but chumming on the bay side of the 7 mile bridge brought hoards of sharks.
If you put enough blood in the water almost anywhere something will eventually show up, but sometimes it may take a couple hours for the sharks to show up. Often times when they do it will be more then one, and you never really know what will show up. Anything from a couple 2 foot bonnet heads to half a dozen 200 pound plus monsters.
For bait, a fish head works well or any piece of bloody fish, but something half alive works even better. Once you have a lot chum in the water you should get some other visitors. Live jacks, blue runners, small barracuda, pinfish all make good baits for sharks.
You can free line a bait on the bottom or put it under a cork, bobber or balloon, which in the right conditions is pretty neat because you actually see the shark surface and get the bait.
Ok now for tackle
This is sort of tricky. In the bay for the most part ideal tackle would range from something that holds a couple hundred yards of 12 pound line to well honestly the sky’s the limit. I found that something that holds about 220 -280 yards of 30lb line seems to work petty well but even then some fish spooled me. 50 pound test braided line works well for medium sharks, but the big ones may require something closer the 70-100 pound test.
Leader. Obviously you will need steel leader to fish for sharks. For the little sharks a couple feet of leader is fine but if you are fishing for something bigger you will need a lot of leader and heavy leader, like 3 or 4 times the pound test of the mono. So like 30# line or 90# leader. Sharks can break the line by whipping it with their tail, so basically you should have more leader then the length of the shark you are fishing for. This can be a real pain to cast but that’s life.
For hooks, use circle hooks; they are sold all over. If you have never used circle hooks before, they look kind of ridiculous but they work great. You let the shark run with free line for about 3-5 seconds depending on the size of the bait. Then just lock the bail and lean back and its hook sets right in the lip.
If you have questions please post them here and I will answer the best I can
A little forethought and organization will payoff in a great memorable adventure for that next outdoors excursion you may have planned.
The older liquid gas lanterns give off just as much light but you will have to refill the tank with liquid gas and this can be messy as well as dangerous if you are not careful. Both types of lanterns use mantels so be sure to carry extras.
Pack a variety of clothing and prepare to dress in layers if you have to. You will need to pack a hat of some sort to protect you from the sun or rain. Some type of rain gear would be advisable. You will need to take a close look at what type of activities you will be doing on your trip. Not doing to bad we have a place to cook and to sleep. If you have kids you will need a few more tarps and make them up a tent beside yours.
Severe weather can occur anytime of year and often with little warning. According to NOAA, lightning is one of the most underrated severe weather hazards because it usually claims one or two victims at a time and does not cause mass destruction. Check with the state fishing regulations for exact dates and detailed fishing information, including proper license requirements. Some fishing opportunities will require overnight backcountry use permits. It is always important to respect the park you are fishing in, in order to maintain the quality waters that protect the natural fish populations and food sources for bald eagles, ospreys and otters among others.
Camping is usually done at an official campsite, where the campers usually pay a small fee to use grounds that are preserved especially.
Where to go is the big decision. Some are lucky enough to live near national parks. These are national parks because they are very special areas. Nature is everywhere, so you don't need to travel far for your camping trip. You can journey to a national park, drive to a local campground, or pitch a tent in your own backyard.
Shark Attack! How to Survive and Live to Tell the Tale
In 1945, the USS Indianapolis was sunk by Japanese torpedoes in the Pacific. There were about 1,000 men who survived the sinking and when rescuers finally came after several days, there were only 317 left. Most of those who died were attacked by tiger sharks.
Sharks belong to hundreds of species out of which only about 20 of those species are known to attack man. Some of the most notorious are the great white, bull, blue, hammerhead, tiger, mako and even the nurse shark.
Sharks rarely warn about their coming attack and they do not have a pattern, which makes them very unpredictable creatures of prey. They are also highly complex. Sharks don’t take nips. They bite and tear the skin, take a limb or a big chunk of flesh. And victims don’t die right away. They simply bleed to death.
If ever you find yourself in an area of open water with a shark, just assume the worst and don’t take chances. Ever! Get out of the water fast, get on the boat or head for shore.
Swim with a group. A group means more eyes to watch and if a shark comes, the group can work together to either fight it off or frighten it away. A group can scare a shark better than a single individual.
Remember to do your research, read as much information as possible and make sure to buy that camping gear through a reputable online merchant at an affordable price.
In the recent years, a lot of camping clothes are available in the market to make you comfortable and protect you when you go camping. Nevertheless, with the excess supply of camping clothes you may get confused as to what kind of clothes are right for you. Place at least two in the bottom of you ice box then place the frozen meats, milk, juice into the box. You should place vegetables on top if there is room place a third frozen milk jug at the top of the box.
If you are going to use candles you will have to be very careful that you do not start a fire. Rememer that the hot wax of the candle can burn you if you get it on your skin.
The thought of camping alone can be very intimidating, especially if you’re a woman. Ideally, it is not something recommended to women new to camping.
Some of the functions of these websites include being able to search by state, campground, lake, or forest name. You can access maps of each campground to see the layout of the grounds and how close each site is to shower, bathrooms, playgrounds, beaches, etc... This feature is great because you may choose which site you would like to reserves and check for availability. Cross country skiing is another popular way for the entire family to visit and see beautiful winter landscapes. Many parks have several excellent trails available for cross country skiing. Several National Parks will offer novice, intermediate and advanced trails for skiing.
Camping is relatively inexpensive, often nostalgic, and gives campers a chance to really appreciate their natural world.
Once your kids (and you) recover from the shock of having no television or Internet access, you'll all have an eye-opening experience.
Do as you would in a pool. Do not urinate. But if you must, urinate only in small amounts and let it mix with the water in between. And don’t vomit either.
If a shark is swimming towards you, create noises by yelling and splashing the water. Repeatedly yelling and slapping underwater may also help, but make sure you use your energy efficiently. You might need it to fight off the shark in case it decides to ignore your warnings.
If the shark begins attacking, strike back. Kick or punch its eyes or gills. These are the areas that can hurt it most. Hitting it on the nose might help, but you could miss and hit its teeth instead. When a shark has already attacked, the first thing to do is to control or stop the blood. Blood in the water will attract more sharks and provoke aggression. If you are in a group, circle the victim while attempting to stop the flow of blood.
If you are on a raft or boat, fight off the shark with everything that you have until it swims away.
Use common sense and assume the worst when in the water. If you survive an attack, you can live and swim with sharks another day. But I doubt it.
Just like your old scoutmaster used to say, "Always be prepared". Make a list and check it three times before you leave on your camping trip. Apart from being submerged in wilderness, an important component of camping is the interaction with the localities, villagers and natives. These native guides know the unexplored places, the less traveled paths, the unknown facts, myths and stories about the locations.
It is a good idea to know what you should and should not do when coming across animals. Parks often will have signs up if animals have been sighted in the campground.
Whatever activity you decide to enjoy, it is always wise to do a little research to know ahead of time what to expect, always check what the weather conditions will be to avoid any dangerous situations.

With the hectic life many of us lead it would certainly be great to just "get away" from civilization and have fun in the wild outdoors. How many of us really know what to do when we get there or what to take with us in the "survival pack"? Camping can be a really refreshing lift to life, but roughing it may not come without some sort of price. Adequate preparation is a must and may prevent your trip into the wilds from becoming a disaster.
Instead of going up to other campers and saying, “Hi, I’m Kerry and I’m here by myself” ask questions like “How can I contact you if I experience a problem” or “is this campground regularly patrolled?”Don’t advertise you are by yourself by finding campsites away from walking trails
Shaolin kung fu is not just about defending yourself against an attacker or inflicting bodily harm. Shaolin martial arts also stress discipline, respect for yourself and others, patience, and being humble even in victory. The mental training of Shaolin martial arts helps prepare the student for any events that may come. Being physically prepared for an altercation is good, but if you are not mentally prepared you will not be focused enough to use the tools that your body has. This is why Shaolin meditation is such an important part of the Shaolin martial arts training. Meditation may not be literally practicing your physical tools, but it allows your mind to make better use of those tools.
Keeping cool in a self defense situation is one of the best ways to ensure you will survive. Tough mental preparedness allows the body to be pushed beyond its physical limits. Out bodies can only do so much, but our minds allow for much greater feats. I am sure you have heard of "mind over matter" and the truth is that it works. When the Shaolin added mental training to their physical training the result was that their martial arts system obviously surpassed all others in application and practical results.
One form of Shaolin meditation is called "Chan" or "Zen". The Shaolin received the concept of Zen meditation from an Indian priest named Bodhidharma. What Bodhidharma did that was so unique was to introduce breathing patterns into the meditation. You see Bodhidharma would find that the Shaolin monks were falling asleep during their meditation, so he added the breathing exercises to help keep them focus on increase their mental development. To this day Shoalin Kung Fu practitioners still use Chan meditation and it has formed the basis of the Shaolin mental preparation and development.
The Shaolin monks would prepare their minds to withstand the most terrible conditions so that when faces with those conditions in the real world, they would be prepared instead of shocked. Knowing that you have the mental toughness and readiness instills a confidence that allows you to go into any situation ready to act without hesitating. Self doubt is the number one way to be defeated before the enemy has even thrown a punch.
Meditation also allows one to focus his inner energy into his actions. The Japanese call this Chi, and many Westerners have heard of it. The Chinese, however, call it Kiai. Kiai allows a Kung Fu student to do things their physical body alone cannot do. Developing control over your Kiai is a matter of intense mental strength and conditioning. While some people may scoff at the idea of Kiai, and it is true that it might be more of a mind over matter application than an actual force, but Chinese Kung Fu masters has demonstrated their control over their Kiai by doing physical feats that would otherwise be impossible.
When many people think of Shaolin Kung Fu they think of meditation and chi. While it is true that Shaolin Kung Fu does stress meditation and the use of inner energy, it is actually an external form of Chinese martial arts. This means that it is more involved in the external powers and forces. There are many styles of Shaolin Kung Fu which can include many types of attacks and defenses including joint locks, punching, kicking, throws, straight blocking, force direction, and many more. However, the two things that most types of schools of Shaolin Kung Fu all stress is fast handwork and quick footwork. Many Shaolin Kung Fu exercises promote these skills.
When practicing Shaolin Kung Fu, striking it is important to keep the feet moving as you punch. If your feet are planted like roots you will not be able to adjust to the next attack or set up another attack. Your moves must flow from one to another and you must be ready to change your motions in mid-movement in case an opponent launches an attack. You should practice staying light on your feet and moving your weight around. Each attack must leave the door open for another quick attack, or a sudden defense. Your Shaolin Kung Fu exercises should strive for agile footwork while striking, rather than training both aspects independently.
When practicing Shaolin Kung Fu punching you should also have targets that help improve your accuracy and speed. A strong punch is meaningless if it does not hit the target, or is so slow that it is easily blocked or countered. Your punches must also be fast so that you can quickly move into another attack, or react defensively. After a punch is thrown it should be retracted quickly so that arm can defend if needed. Many martial arts shops sell pads that can be mounted on a human body in many places such as the hands, ribs, and legs. Your training partner should wear these pads so that you can practice at full speed and have moving targets. While striking the pads at full speed your training partner should be moving around so that you have a moving target. Hand mounted pads are great because they can be moved very quickly to aid in the training of fast combos. You and your Shaolin Kung Fu training partner can develop a routine in which you strike at the left side of the face, and then the chest. Your partner can move the pad from one location to the next quickly, which forces you to strike two targets as fast as possible.
If your hands are fast and precise, and your footwork is light and agile, you will have quick attacks that cannot be blocked and will be able to react to any defense of offense. Too many people hit a punching bag target with their feet flat. Punching bags do not challenge your precision like a smaller moving target does.
